Free Certification
Class
Before taking calls, each company requires agents to complete a certification course. We provide this training at no cost, ensuring you gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
This required course will:

Prepare you to handle real customer service interactions

Train you on the systems and processes of your chosen company

Equip you with the tools to earn an hourly wage from home

Build your confidence so you’re ready on day one
Once you’ve completed certification, you’ll be able to set your own schedule and start working with the client of your choice.
1099 Independent
Contractor
Please note: This is not a W-2 employee position.
You will be working as an independent 1099 contractor, which means:

You set your own schedule and choose your own hours

You select the type of inbound customer service calls you want to take

Taxes are not automatically deducted; you are responsible for filing as a 1099 contractor

A small administrative fee will be deducted to cover access to the platform and support services
